Booking hold
Pick a time to hold it
The time stays protected while the client fills in their details.
At the front desk
Less time on the phone. Fewer gaps in the agenda.
Patients book, move, and cancel visits themselves, inside the hours you set.
Bookings after hours
Your page takes bookings at night and on weekends, when no one is there to answer the phone.
Fewer calls to move a visit
Every confirmation carries a private link. Patients reschedule or cancel on their own.
No double bookings
A time is held for 10 minutes while a patient finishes, and the server never gives one time to two patients.
One agenda
Connect Google Calendar and the times you’re already busy close on your page. Block a vacation where you already plan.
See it in action
One minute. One booking, start to finish.
Your client picks a service, chooses an open time, and books without creating an account. It's Haab's real booking flow on a demo page with a fictional patient.
Built for a practice
Set up for patients from the first visit.
Pick Healthcare and your page starts with what a practice needs. Change any of it.
New patient and follow-up visits
Two services come filled in, with durations and prices you can edit, on weekday hours you can change.
A specialty on each service
Name the specialty, like family medicine or pediatrics, so patients pick the right visit.
Written for patients
Your page says patients, not customers, in English and in Spanish.
No patient accounts
Patients book with their name and contact details. No password to create, and none to reset.
Confirmation by email
Patients get a confirmation with a calendar file and a private QR code. You get an email for every new booking.
Your own link
Your page lives at haabcalendar.com/doctors/your-practice.
One link, every channel
Share it where patients already find you.
One link and a QR code. Every channel books into the same agenda.
Your website
Point your “Book an appointment” button to your page.
Your Google Business Profile
Add it as the booking link patients see when they search for you.
Instagram and Facebook
Put it in your bio so a follower can book without a message.
WhatsApp and email
Send the link instead of trading messages about times.
A QR code at the door
Patients book their follow-up before they leave, or from the waiting room.

Google Calendar
Your bookings, on the calendar you already keep.
Haab Calendar is booking software for small businesses. You publish a booking page, your clients book on it without creating an account, and confirmed bookings can appear on your own Google Calendar.
How we handle Google data →Connecting is optional.
Nothing is requested from Google until you connect an account, and you can disconnect at any time from your settings, which revokes the access immediately.
Bookings go out; busy times come back.
Haab writes one event per confirmed booking and reads busy times from the calendars you nominate, so a commitment already on your calendar blocks that slot.
Your clients' details never leave Haab.
Events carry the service name and nothing else. A client's name, email, phone, and notes are never written to Google, because a calendar can be shared and Haab does not decide who may read them.
Trust & privacy
Built to be trusted with a real calendar.
Especially when the calendar belongs to a clinic, and the people booking are patients.
The server decides, not the browser.
A held slot is held on the server. When two people reach for the same time, one is confirmed and the other is told immediately — the page cannot talk itself into a double booking.
No accounts means no passwords to lose.
Your clients never register, so there is no client password to store, leak, or reset. Their booking is reached through a private link that is stored hashed, never in plain text.
Your page is yours to publish.
Nothing is public until you publish it, and you can take it down again from your dashboard without deleting your work.

FAQ
What practices ask first.
The quickest answer is a real page. Book a sample practice like a patient would.
Do patients need an account to book?
No. They book with their name and contact details, and manage the visit from the private link in their confirmation.
Can patients reschedule or cancel on their own?
Yes, from the private link in every confirmation.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes, if you connect it. Busy times on the calendars you choose close those times on your page, and each booking is added with the service name only. Patient names, emails, phone numbers, and notes stay in Haab.
Can two patients book the same time?
No. A time is held for 10 minutes while a patient finishes booking, and the server confirms it for one patient only.
Do patients get a confirmation?
Yes, by email, with a calendar file and a private QR code. You get an email for each new booking too.
Does the page work in Spanish?
Yes. Your page works in English and Spanish, and patients can switch between them.
Does it keep clinical records?
No. Haab Calendar handles scheduling only. Keep clinical notes in your clinical record system.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access.
